The Irish Judicial Studies Journal (IJSJ) is the official, peer-reviewed legal publication sponsored by the Office of the Chief Justice of Ireland, offering bi‑annual, open-access editions that bridge the worlds of law practice, scholarship, and the judiciary. Established in 2001 and produced in partnership with the University of Limerick, the IJSJ provides critical analysis and commentary to inform judicial decision-making and stimulate dialogue among judges, legal professionals, and academics.
